Returns

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Made-to-order wedding accessories
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
